What to do on a grey Tuesday? Check out two beautiful exhibitions in the Potsdamer Strasse, both featuring artists from Japan. Thomas Fischer Galerie shows the photographic work of Seiichi Furuya and Michael Jansen Galerie "Rewoven" by Aiko Tezuka. Furuya shows the photographs he took from 1979 onwards until his wife died in 1985. He keeps on continually rearranging and reissuing these photographs. Also Tezuka is working with time, unraveling and untying fabric, then reconnecting them again. And after these visits you can have a coffee a little bit further down Potsdamer Strase at this nice (new?) café at the other side of the Burger King.
